LOCATION

Marton is a village in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire located approximately 5 miles south of Gainsborough and 11 miles north west of the county town of Lincoln. The village lies at the junction of the A156 (which links with the A57 approximately 5 miles to the south) and the A1500 (which links with the A15 approximately 8 miles to the east).

Outline planning permission for residential development with all matters reserved except access was granted by West Lindsey District Council (application no: 134314) on 30th June 2016. The permission is not subject to a section 106 agreement and there is no affordable housing requirement.
