From Louth, enter Utterby on A16. At the staggered crossroad at the centre of Utterby turn left onto Church Lane. Follow the road for half a mile until you reach the national speed limit signs and the field is located immediately as you leave the village on the left. The postcode for the field is LN11 0TH.

The property is sold subject to and with the benefit of all existing easements, wayleaves and rights of way, whether public or private and whether or not mentioned in these particulars of sale.
