Location

Binbrook lies around 8 miles north east of Market Rasen and 12 miles from Louth between the villages of Stainton le Vale, Kirmond le Mire, Swinhope, Brookenby and Kelston, in the centre of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The land is located on the north west side of the village of Binbrook and fronts Orford Road.

Leave Binbrook Market place head west on the B1203 signed to Market Rasen. Take the first right turn by Binbrook Primary School signposted for Brookenby, Thoresway. This is Orford Road and the field is located on the left side in around 200 metres, by the national speed limit signs.

Tenure and Possession

The land is freehold and the occupier has agreed to surrender their interest to give vacant possession on completion.
