New Managing Partner Appointment
JHWalter LLP is celebrating the appointment of its new Managing Partner, John Elliott who takes over the reins from Tim Atkinson. Tim, who has been at the helm for the past three years, remains as partner at the firm, focusing on the rural practice.
Commenting on his appointment John said, “I am honoured to be taking on the role of managing partner and very much look forward to working with fellow partners and colleagues as we continue to grow JHWalter to meet the exciting challenges of the years ahead. Tim Atkinson hands over the reins of a firm that is performing extremely well and is in a strong position to meet the needs of clients seeking strategic property and business advice across the region. We plan to further invest in the best people so we can continue to deliver our established services in Property, Business, Planning and Energy. I am looking forward to seeing where the future takes our business but we will continue to be by our clients’ side, delivering our invaluable support, as we have done for many years”.
John Elliott became a partner in 2010 and is a chartered surveyor in commercial and residential property offering advice on valuation; expert witness; rent review/lease renewal; sales lettings and acquisition; development of commercial and residential property and commercial and residential property investment.
