The COVID-19 pandemic has created uncertain times for all of us. Our thoughts are with those who have been affected by the outbreak.
As a firm our priority is the health and wellbeing of our partners and staff and of everybody we work with – our clients, our contacts and our suppliers. Following the recommendations of the UK Government on 16 March, this is what we are doing:
- From 17 March, all of of us will be working remotely and the office will be closed. You can still contact us on our direct dial or mobile numbers or by email. While we will endeavour to collect the post when circumstances permit, we are more likely to be able to deal with things in a timely manner if documents are sent by email.
- Since the further rules on social distancing, we will be unable to visit or inspect properties or hold meetings in person other than in exceptional circumstances. Please help us reduce risks to you and our colleagues where such interaction is essential for us to supply our services
- We have been giving guidance to partners and staff regarding what to do when returning from abroad. We will continue to support partners and staff to make sure everyone is able to follow the recommended steps, particularly in terms of self-isolation
