Charles recently received the results of his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) , which confirmed his membership into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).  To mark the achievement, Charles was awarded purple moleskin trousers, a tradition of JHWalter, in recognition of qualification to the profession of land and property.

“Charles has worked incredibly hard to achieve his professional qualification over the last three years,” said Senior Partner, Ian Walter. “It has been wonderful to see a young person join the firm and thrive professionally. I, and all the staff, am very proud of him and his well-deserved results”.

Charles graduated from The Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester, after completing his degree in Rural Land Management. At JHWalter, Charles has specialised in the sale and letting of rural and commercial property, in addition to becoming an auctioneer.  Ian Walter added “Charles is a natural auctioneer with a good voice. He follows his father, Michael, onto the rostrum. Auctioneering is in his blood”.
