Our personal and practical approach is based on a sound knowledge of national and local planning policy coupled with a keen commercial awareness. Where appropriate, strategic long-term planning advice will be given. In addition, knowledge of comparable applications and appeal decisions, both locally and nationally, provides the basis for a robust application.

Our planning department has been able to help many clients, throughout the East Midlands, to secure the valuable planning permission, which allows richer rewards to be reaped. Where properties are subsequently sold, the agency team has maximised returns by way of sale by private treaty, tender and the County Property Auction.
