A very hassle free way to sell property

Tim Atkinson and the team have undertaken many valuations on our behalf over the years and they always provide a professional, efficient and reliable service.

Thanks to JHWalter for the kindness and assistance given by the staff during our recent house move. We had a problem caused by a solicitor at failing to transfer funds (after stating that they had) which delayed the process and did not allow your staff to give us the keys to our new property. As you can imagine, this was an extremely stressful and upsetting experience for myself and my wife. Your staff provided us with a place to sit, coffee, and assisted with telephone calls between our conveyancer and the solicitor. The matter was finally resolved successfully. At that point your staff presented us with a bottle of wine, and we left with their best wishes. I cannot praise their actions highly enough, and would certainly recommend your company to anyone in the future.

We would like to thank you for your help and professionalism in selling our property.
