JHWalter extend their "Individual Service Unique Property" to Residential Lettings in the City of Lincoln and the surrounding rural areas including Nottinghamshire.

We are also very pleased to continue to be appointed as the letting agents for The Corporate Body of the Lincoln Cathedral. We deal with the letting of properties around the Minster Yard and Cathedral, which can vary from 1 bedroomed flats to detached, larger 5/6 bedroomed houses. The tenancies offered are fixed term assured tenancies.

We deal with other individual properties available to rent on assured shorthold tenancies. Again these properties are varied, from cottages to detached houses with and without land, and which are usually, but not always, in a rural setting.

We provide a specialised service to advise new and existing landlords on the whole process from the initial decision to let, to the termination of the tenancy. Clients vary from investors wishing to maximise their assets, to clients wishing to let family property.
