Tim Atkinson - Expert Witness (Commercial Section)

Tim Atkinson regularly acts as an expert witness providing valuations throughout the East Midlands. Tim qualified as a Rural Practise Chartered Surveyor in 1990 and as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1992. He has gained a wide experience of selling and valuing the full spectrum of rural property including farms, estates, land, intensive livestock units, dwellings in the countryside and villages, equestrian units, rural business premises, greenfield development sites, conversion projects, leisure developments, houses subject to agricultural occupancy conditions (Agricultural Tie), food related premises, telecom sites and some rarities such as cold war bunkers and Abattoirs. He takes pride in providing a well researched and balanced opinion highlighting the likely areas of contention and the limitations of the available evidence.
