Ian Walter is the Senior Partner and a Rural Chartered Surveyor. His specialisms include the purchase and sale of Land and Farms; Agricultural Landlord and Tenant works including Rent Reviews, Arbitrations: Expert Witness, Litigation and Insurance; Planning Applications; Land, Buildings, Plant and Machinery Auctions and the Valuation of Rural Property, Live and Dead Stock.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, a Chartered Environmentalist and has a Degree in Rural Estate Management.
