With more than 20 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor, John Elliott offers a consultancy and expert witness service in both the commercial and residential sectors. He has an extensive knowledge of retail, office, industrial and residential property and has developed a reputation for impartial professional and valuation advice. He has worked on owner occupied, investment and development property. Since 1991, John has been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In giving advice for litigation and other disputes, John recognises the need to give impartial advice on which the court/arbitrator will seek to rely in identifying the genuine grounds for dispute and the fair grounds for settlement.
