Ellie Allwood is a Rural Chartered Surveyor and a Partner. Her specialisms include Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995; Rent Reviews; Succession; Agricultural and Rural Lettings; Residential Tenancies; Landlord and Tenant Act 1954; Single Payment Scheme; Estate and Property Management and the Valuation of Rural Property, Live and Dead Stock.
She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers; has a Degree in Land Management and holds a Master of Law in Agricultural Law. Ellie is also Rural Arbitrator on the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators.
